General Return Policy
All sales of weapons, ammunition, and prohibited products are final because of Canada’s tight regulations on these items. This means that unless the item is damaged or was received incorrectly, we do not accept returns or exchanges on firearms. According to the Firearms Act and other relevant regulations, this policy complies with both federal and provincial legislation.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only permitted in the following circumstances:
You got the incorrect item—for example, a model or SKU that wasn’t what you bought.
Within three business days after delivery, the item’s damage was reported. The item arrived damaged during transit.
You tell us within seven calendar days after receiving the firearm if it is found to be faulty following inspection.
You must email our Customer Service department at [support@example.com] with your order number, any applicable comprehensive images, and a written description of the problem in order to start a return. Requests for returns without the required paperwork will not be honored.
Non-Returnable Items
Items listed below are completely non-refundable:
Ammunition (for safety and legal reasons, live rounds cannot be returned)
Having been fired, altered, or tampered with, firearms
Weapons that have successfully completed the transfer verification and buyer background checks
Customized or special order weapons
Anything that was designated as “final sale” or bought on clearance
Before making your order, please make sure you are completely satisfied with your choice.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Within five to ten business days of receiving and examining the returned item, if your return is accepted, you will get a refund using the original payment method. Unless we made a mistake, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on any returned items.
Unless there was a mistake on our part, shipping and processing fees are not refundable.
Shipping Your Return
Returns must be sent using safe packaging and tracking in accordance with Canadian firearm transport regulations. Unless otherwise specified, the client is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items lost or damaged in return transportation are not our responsibility.
Kindly ensure that you have formal consent and instructions from our staff before sending any returns.
Firearm Transfer Cancellations
In Canada, the Chief guns Officer (CFO) must give his or her consent before any guns, whether restricted, prohibited, or non-restricted, can be transferred. A refund less a processing fee might be given if your order is placed and your transfer is rejected because of license or background check concerns. The administrative time and service expenses spent throughout the transfer process are covered by this fee.
When a buyer delays the procedure for more than 30 days or fails to produce the required paperwork (such as a PAL number), we do not issue refunds.
Exchange Policy
Only items that are shown to be damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchanges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed. A refund might be provided if a replacement is not available.
